Ann boils down pure maple syrup ’til it’s thicker, then beats it until AMAZINGLY it becomes a smooth maple cream, which spreads easily on toast, English muffins, crackers or bagels – Important to remember – although “cream” is in its name, just like maple syrup, this is a NO cholesterol delight!
