At our discretion, we will either replace the product (or provide an equivalent replacement) or refund your purchase price. In the event that you need to make a return, please contact us first to obtain a Return Goods Authorization. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all returns are sent insured and with tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
